Dr. Hostoffer graduated from John Carroll University and received his D.O. in 1985 at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic medicine. He completed his residency training at Doctors hospital in Columbus, Ohio. His fellowship training was completed at the University of Alabama. He was the Clinical Associate Director of pediatric and adult Immunology at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Hostoffer is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Immunology and the Clinical Immunology Society. He is also president of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatrics and the Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hostoffer’s special interests include primary immunodeficiency’s, patients with recurrent infections (sinusitis, pneumonia, and bronchitis), and immunoglobulin (IVIGg) replacement therapy.
