Dr. Stoffey is a graduate of the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (WESTERN U COMP) in Pomona, CA. Dr. Stoffey spent fourteen years in the United States Army where he was trained as a diagnostic radiologist.  His military service included overseas tours in West Germany and the Republic of Korea.
