Dr. Stoffey is a graduate of the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (WESTERN U COMP) in Pomona, CA. Dr. Stoffey spent fourteen years in the United States Army where he was trained as a diagnostic radiologist. His military service included overseas tours in West Germany and the Republic of Korea. Following his honorable discharge, Dr. Stoffey performed a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston, where his area of interest was vascular interventional procedures and neurovascular pathology. Dr. Stoffey works for the Center of Vein Restoration in their Fort Wayne and Marion, IN, offices.
