Kenneth B. Cairns, Ph.D.,Kenneth B. Cairns, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with 25 years of experience conducting and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to individuals with severe mood and personality disorders. Dr. Cairns received his graduate education at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Since that time, he has spent nearly 19 years providing and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to individuals incarcerated in the Pennsylvania state correctional system. In this capacity, Dr. Cairns has worked with numerous individuals with severe personality and behavioral disorders. At the present time, he oversees the delivery of mental health services to individuals in nine state correctional institutions. is a licensed psychologist with 25 years of experience conducting and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to individuals with severe mood and personality disorders.
