James (Jim) Wieberg established and manages the Center for Mental Wellness at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson, Missouri for the last 30 years.  He has a post graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of MO (1985) and a post graduate degree in Theology.  He is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Missouri. In 1987 he founded a Physician Health Program under the sponsorship of the Missouri Osteopathic Association.   He is a member of the Board of the Federation of Physician Health Programs and on its Executive Council.
