Stephen Brint Carlton, J.D., of Orange, Texas, has experience as a county judge and prosecutor for Orange County, and prior to that was in private law practice. He holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida at Gainesville and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from St. Mary's University in San Antonio. She graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 and completed internal medicine residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio in She graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 and completed internal medicine residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio in 2011.Dr Hill completed rheumatology fellowship in 2013 at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Texas and received the American College of Rheumatology Distinguished Fellow Award. She has served at SAMMC since 2013. She deployed to Iraq (2004) and Afghanistan (2015). Dr Hill is board certified in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. She is currently the Program Director for the SAMMC rheumatology fellowship.
