Whenever I talk to people who are new to Tapping about how they can use it to change their life, their initial response always tends to be something like “What does Tapping have to do with making more money, losing weight, releasing physical pain, improving my relationship, or any other area of my life?”

I know the frustrations of wanting to change and improve my life and not being able to get there.

For years I was tired of hearing things like “just think positively” and “eliminate your blocks to success” because while I wanted to do those things…I just couldn’t find an easy way to actually accomplish them.

I always had these unconscious patterns running my life that kept me stuck where I was, struggling with my finances, my health, my relationships and more.

It wasn’t until I started using Tapping that I was able to recognize an actual shift in my thinking and actually feel different in my body. That’s when I knew things were different. My finances improved, my health issues cleared up, I found the love of my life (my wife!)…

When I started using Tapping, there wasn’t the scientific proof as to why it works like there is now. Back then it was spreading like wildfire for one simple reason…it worked and so people kept sharing it with others.

Today, research is showing how it works in changing the brain.

Think about any challenges you’re currently dealing with, whether they be with finances, weight loss, relationships, physical pain, overwhelming emotions, or whatever else you’re struggling with…

Are there things that you could be doing, if there were absolutely no limitations on you, that would help this problem?

For example with weight loss, could you be exercising more and eating better? I’m sure you’d say “yes, absolutely.” The challenge is of course rewiring our brain so that the way we think, feel and act is different. So that we’re motivated to exercise, so that we don’t struggle with food cravings, so that we’re not overwhelmed with cortisol that holds on to weight. This is what Tapping does so beautifully.

And it does this with all the areas of our life where we struggle. When we tap, we rewire the brain to make better decisions and take better actions that lead to more financial success. We rewire the brain so that we show up different in life and attract better relationships, or we show up better in our current ones. We rewire the brain to release physical pain from our body as our bodies release the traumas and emotions that hold pain in place.

Every time you tap on a meridian point, while going through the tapping process and focusing on the challenge you’re dealing with, you are sending a calming signal to your brain that is rewiring it.

The biggest killer of better thoughts, feelings and actions are stress and the huge limitations that it puts on us. But check out this amazing research done that shows just how effective Tapping is at releasing stress and allowing your mind and body to function and full capacity:

The Stress Test Study That Shocked the Researchers…

A study performed by Dr. Dawson Church, PhD and Dr. David Feinstein, PhD, measured cortisol levels before and after treatment.

83 participants were divided into 3 groups: the 1st group received an hour of Tapping; the 2nd group received an hour of psychotherapy (“talk” therapy); the 3rd group (control group) received no treatment.

The researchers measured cortisol levels before and after the treatment. Cortisol was measured because it is known as the “stress hormone” of the body. As stress goes up, cortisol levels go up.

When the researchers were measuring the cortisol levels of the Tapping group after treatment they thought they had a problem…

The levels had dropped so significantly in such a short period of time that they thought there must be something wrong with their equipment.

They kept recalibrating their equipment and retesting until they finally came to the conclusion that there was in fact…nothing wrong with their equipment but rather that…the Tapping worked!

Results: The 1st group (Tapping) demonstrated a 24% decrease in cortisol levels; the 2nd and 3rd groups showed no change in cortisol levels.

The reality: Psychotherapy alone relieves stress, but over a long period of time. The immediate benefits of psychotherapy don’t register in your body, where excessive amounts of the “stress hormone” cortisol still run rampant, putting your health at risk.

Study findings: Tapping balances activity between the sympathetic and parasympathetic regions of your brain, producing “a neutral emotional state,” the gold standard of health and wellness.
